These last few learning sessions and workshops have been specially gratifying in the last few days because an old favourite Framework concept that we used years ago, came back strongly and so successfully that I felt a strong renewal with it myself…… and simply had to share it with you too!

Very often we forget as professionals that we are actually paid for two reasons. The first which we focus on too much sometimes, IS TO GET THINGS DONE. The second – which we don’t even realise and often ignore to the detriment of our progress and even affects our growth – IS TO GET ALONG WITH PEOPLE!

In fact, the best attitude is to look at our job, business or profession as an OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS!

This is where the ‘EBA’ comes to our help to compare a relationship to a bank account where our emotions are the currency and the wealth we build is TRUST through deposits, when we meet expectations, and withdrawals, when we fail to meet the expectations of the other person. Point is – don’t ever take your closest people for granted! ‘BE AWARE , OR BEWARE!’

SIMPLE? YES! BUT EASY? NO!!! 😉 😀
